IGN Pokémon Champions Won't Let You Use Pokémon That Aren't Fully Evolved

Pokémon Champions' producer Masaaki Hoshino says only "final evolution" Pokémon will be available at launch, possibly with exceptions for some like Pikachu and Eevee.
